Cancellation Policy and Fees
I understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of a booking. However, to ensure fairness to our staff and other clients, I kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Fee
In the event of a cancellation or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, a Late Cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged. Furthermore, failure to "ACCEPT" the reminder SMS within 24 hours of appointment and “NO SHOWS” will also incur this $100 charge.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at your appointment on time. However, while arriving early is appreciated, please note that it may not guarantee your service will start before your scheduled appointment time.
Late Arrivals
I understand that things happen outside of your control to make you late for your appointment. I will do everything I can to accommodate you, but this may result in a shortened treatment time. Should rescheduling become necessary, you'll be responsible for covering 50% of the original service cost.
